Madrid Explorer Audio Map ("the App") is developed by Alberto Rodriguez. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data the App collects, how it is used, and your rights.
The App uses your device's location to unlock audio stories about nearby points of interest. Location data is processed on-device and is not transmitted to any external server or stored remotely. You can disable location access at any time in your device settings.
In-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information.
The App stores user preferences (such as your selected guide voice and detection settings) locally on your device using UserDefaults. This data never leaves your device.
The App may connect to a backend service to power the AI guide chat feature. Messages sent to the chat are processed to generate responses and are not stored permanently or used for any other purpose.
The App does not knowingly collect any data from children under 13. The App is a general-audience travel guide with no user accounts or data collection.
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
